Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for damaged products.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and supported with clear proof of damage (photo or video).

To initiate a return, email shivamyadavexplore@gmail.com with your order ID and damage evidence.

Exchanges only will be processed — no returns accepted for other reasons.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued. Only exchanges are allowed for valid damaged product claims.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within the same day of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
Our team will contact you before shipping for confirmation — cancellation is allowed at that time.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
